On Jobs

A quick look at jobsdb.com it is not hard to discover that the job market is boiling now. I think to the extend that any tom dick and harry can get a job.

Some job agent called that day and asked me whether i have so and so experience. I said yeah i have heard about it and learnt it over a course i have taken recently. And he immediately put me down as someone capable in doing that job and sent my profile in for a selection. I guess there is really lack of suitable talents now so much that they are giving everything anything a chance. Like pick 4D number like that.

The job pages look as if jobs comes free. As if the market is gonna be able to pay them the huge price tag forever. And this is a very worrying sign.

i suddenly recalled something adam khoo said.. " if you do what everone is doing you will get what everyone is getting" So .. if everyone just go into the sector that is seen to be hot.. in the end you will not be better off joining them. Right ? Gosh .. i feel not right saying this.. because i know i will jump into that hot sector wagon as it is something that i guess i am best at doing at the present moment.

so everyone will somehow get a job in some banks or some engineering firm . in the end only the best will stay longer n get paid better. the rest are just the pawns on a chess board... to be killed or sacrificed when needed. Sometimes even a Queen can be sacrificed. Only King matters.

So it is nearing new year.. chinese new year.. scary.. so many jobs. very scary.
